We take great pride in crafting your personalized 3D crystal keepsake. Each piece is custom-made with care, based on the photo and information you provide. Due to the nature of customized products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

1. Non-Refundable Items
Because your item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Incorrect photo, text, or information provided by the customer

Minor differences due to image clarity or engraving depth

Please double-check your order details before submitting.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Order number

Photos or video showing the problem

A description of the issue

Once verified, we will:

Offer a free replacement, or

Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the case

3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers (FedEx, USPS, etc.)

Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
However, we will do our best to assist you in filing claims with the carrier.
